I first ran across him in 2004 when he did a superb analysis of the charges made by the Swift Boat Vets. He's British, but I don't know if he's a citizen or not. But be that as it may, he's factual and fair-minded. My only complaint is that he hasn't taken Obama to task as much as I'd like, and he hit McCain on a couple of trivial items. But overall, he's one of the best.

Biden's use of "exact same way" wasn't the clearest way to express it, but it seems fair that factcheck.org gave him the benefit of the doubt.
As far as fact-checkers go, they're the most fair-minded ones that I've seen. They make CNN look like a bunch of amateurish hacks.
